You can activate Yell Messaging directly from the Yell for Business app.
To download the app, please click or tap here.
Once you have downloaded and logged in to the app, follow the simple steps below to activate Yell messaging:
- Tap Messages in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Get started to begin the activation process
- Select a realistic and appropriate target response time for your messages
- Review the terms & conditions and tap the tick box to confirm your agreement
- Tap Submit & Finish
- To receive a notification each time you receive a message, ensure that notifications for the Yell for Business app are enabled in your device settings.
Your Yell Messaging service will show as pending in the Yell for Business app. For our network partner channels, this will typically take 1 week to complete the activation but can take longer in busy periods. Once your service has been activated you will be able to receive and respond to messages.
