You can view your Yell Messaging Advanced analytics in the Yell for Business app:

 

  • Tap Account in the navigation bar
  • Select Analytics
  • Tap Messaging analytics

 

You will see the following screen:

 

 

The analytics displayed are:

  • Conversations received - The number of enquiries received from potential customers
  • Messages sent by Hartley - The total number of messages sent by Hartley 
  • Messages you’ve sent - The total number of messages you have sent

 

You can view analytics from the last 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months.
