Once you have linked your social media channels in the Yell for Business app, you can easily create, delete, and comment on posts across all channels using the app. Simply tap the Social section on the home screen to access all the features.

Within the Posted tab you can scroll to view your previous posts. Click on the three dots at the top right of any post to Delete post or Copy text. You can also tap on Comment or Share to interact with your post. Tap Filter at the bottom of the screen to show posts from one or more channels.

To publish a new post across your social channels, tap Create new post, select which social channels you want to share to, and create your post which can contain text and an image. Then tap Send to publish it.

Make sure to post fresh, relevant content regularly to keep your followers engaged and to help potential customers find your business online.

In the Received tab in the top navigation bar, you can see your followers’ posts and any comments or engagement you have received on your posts. Make sure notifications are turned on in the Yell for Business app to be notified when someone comments on your posts so you can quickly respond.
