How do I add a new business listing?

You can add a new business listing by clicking on the business listing name at the top of the My business screen. Alternatively, you can add a new business listing from the More tab.

Can I manage more than one business listing from the Yell for Business app?

Yes, you can edit all of your business listings within the app. To switch between your business listings tap your business name which is displayed at the top of the screen on the My business tab. Doing this will list all of your business listings and allow you to select which one you wish to manage.

How do I view the status of my products?

Log in to your Yell account at https://service.yell.com
Select My products from the top navigation
The My products page will list the products currently live and being set up by Yell.
You can view your products that are live by clicking the Manage button

Can I claim my Yell business listing on the Yell for Business app?

Accepted Answer

From the login screen you can claim your Yell business listing by tapping the Find your business button.

You will be asked to provide your business name and postcode. Yell will then search for any business listings which match the information provided or allow you to create a new listing.

Yell business app Facebook login error

Accepted Answer

A small number of customers have experienced issues using their Facebook logins on our business app due to third-party constraints.

To avoid further disruption, we are removing the functionality at this time. Please open the app and click forgotten your password to re-set your password. This will allow you to set up a new password and log in using your Facebook email address.
