How do I cancel my Yell advertising or product?

When can I cancel my Yell contract?

When you purchase a product or advertising from Yell you are signing up to a minimum contract term.

The minimum terms for Yell products are:

Yell.com, Reputation Manager, Websites, Stores and Videos - Contracts for these products run for a 12-month minimum term and then continue monthly thereafter.

Smart Performance, PPC, PPC Plus, Display and Social Adverts - these products have a 6-month minimum term contract period which continues monthly thereafter.

PPC Premium - PPC Premium contracts run for a 4-month minimum term and then continue monthly.

Total Marketing Packages, Presence Packages, Promotion Packages - Contracts for these packages run for a 12-month minimum term and then continue monthly thereafter.

If your minimum term has passed and you wish to cancel your contract, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 555 444, Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm.
