When you first launch the app, you’ll be asked to log in. Simply enter your Yell username and password and tap the Login button.
If you cannot remember your password, then you can reset it by tapping the Forgotten password? link and entering in your email address.
Please note, if:
- The reset email does not appear in your inbox after a few minutes check your junk, spam, and promo folders. The reset email comes from: noreply@em.yell.com
- If you don’t receive an email - your email account may be blocking the password reset email. Please add the following email address as a safe sender and email contact : noreply@em.yell.com
- Once this email address has been added, please follow the steps to reset your password.
If you have not yet setup a Yell account and claimed your Yell business listing, tap the Find your Business Listing button to start this process.
