How do I use the Connect dashboard?

Our easy to use dashboard allows you to:

Check and update your business details across relevant sites from one centralised dashboard
Read online reviews about your business and visit the review site to respond*
Share reviews by posting on social media
Post to your social media profiles** and see what is being said about your company

*Only available on the sites which have the review response feature enabled
**Facebook,  Google My Business, LinkedIn and Foursquare if relevant

Why has my Facebook/Google My Business become unlinked?

Accepted Answer

Social media sites can sometimes become unlinked as a result of you changing your password. This consequently “breaks the link” between the dashboard and your personal page. 

It is also common for linked account tokens to expire after a 60-day period if you do not login at all. 

In order to re-link this and fix the issue, give us a call on 0800 555 444 with your passwords ready and access to a laptop/computer. The product support expert will re-link the social account with you.

Cover photo minimum size: 400 X 150px, optimum size 820px X 312px 
Maximum file size: 4MB 
Photo formats: JPG or PNG

Google My Business

Profile minimum size: 250px X 250px 
Cover photo minimum size: 480px X 270px, optimum size 1080px X 608px 
Maximum file size: 5MB 
Photo formats: JPG or PNG
