With Smart Performance, you can opt into call and on-site conversion tracking free of charge as part of your product. 

Call tracking works by replacing the phone number on your site and in your ad with a call tracking number that counts the calls delivered as a result of your advertising. The number on your site is only replaced with the call tracking number when a user has been delivered to your site through our Smart Performance advertising. 

On-site conversion tracking works by tracking the following:

  • Initiate checkout
  • Form fill
  • Click to email
  • Click outbound link
  • Download PDF
  • Bookings/reservations started
  • Social media interactions

To enable call and conversion tracking, we require a Google Tag Manager script to be installed on your website. If you have a website with us, we’ll take care of this script installation for you!

If you don’t have a website with us, we will send the script and instructions to install directly.
