If you are a Yell customer who pays invoices via Direct Debit, you can update your bank details by logging into your Yell account on desktop or mobile web and following these steps :

  • Visit https://servce.yell.com and log in to your account
  • After logging in click on the Account link displayed on the navigation at the top of the page
  • Select Bank details within the Account Information section of the page
  • From this page you can update you Direct Debit details and once changed, click Save.
