We’re going paperless!


From December 2024, we’ll be moving away from sending paper statements and invoices, and switching to digital communication. Just like when the Yellow Pages went online, this is part of us modernising to make things easier for you. You’ll be able to access everything through your online account, the Yell Business app, or by email. 


We’re very excited about this change – it’s not only better for the environment, but also quicker and more convenient for you. Here’s how you’ll benefit:  

  • Increased security - your account is protected by a password. 
  • Easy access - all your important documents in one place, available as paper-free PDFs. 
  • Instant availability - view, download and print at any time. 

 

Your documents are already available online. Simply log in to your online account and select ‘Account’ from the top of the page, or open the Yell Business app and select ‘Account’ at the bottom of the screen.
