You can get insight into the enquiries you have received via the Yell for Business app.


Follow these steps to access your Yell Advanced Messaging analytics in the Yell for Business app:


  • Tap Account on the bottom navigation
  • Select Analytics
  • Tap Messaging analytics


You will be shown the following screen when selecting Yell Messaging analytics

The analytics displayed are:

Conversations received: The number of enquiries received from potential customers


Messages sent by Hartley: The total number of messages sent by Hartley


Messages you’ve sent: The total number of messages you have sent
