You can encourage your customers to leave a review on Yell.com if it reflects their genuine experience with your business. Businesses should encourage reviews from a broad range of customers and not selectively request reviews only from customers likely to leave positive feedback.
The easiest way to do this is by using our Request a Review feature. This allows you to send a customised email to your customers inviting them to leave feedback and track whether it resulted in a review.
• Customers are free to leave honest feedback, whether positive or negative
• You do not offer incentives or rewards in exchange for reviews
• You do not pressure customers to leave positive reviews
Please note that for reviews to be published, customers will need to create a Yell account or sign in using Google or Facebook.
You can also promote your Yell Reviews offline by displaying “Review us on Yell.com” stickers at your business premises. To download stickers, please visit our brand page.
