Businesses cannot remove reviews directly from their Yell.com listing.

If you believe a review breaches our Reviews Policy or Yell.com Conditions of Use, you can report it using the “Report Review” link displayed alongside the review.

Reviews reported to us will be assessed in accordance with our Reviews Policy before we decide whether they should remain visible or be removed.

Reviews are not removed simply because a business disagrees with the rating or feedback. However, if a review is found to breach our policy, appropriate action will be taken.

We encourage businesses to respond to reviews using the Business Response feature to address customer feedback or resolve issues.
