We understand that sometimes you might need to switch off Yell Messaging. Whether you are too busy to reply, are taking a well-earned holiday, or perhaps it just isn’t right for you – it’s easy to switch off (and back on again). Simply access the settings on the Yell for Business app to toggle messaging availability to off.

If you are looking to temporarily disable messaging because, for example, you are not in a position to receive any new enquiries currently, you can disable by following the above steps.
Be sure to set a reminder to switch Messaging back on when you are ready to receive messages again.
