How can I find a copy of my invoice?

You can view and download your Yell invoices via your Yell online account on desktop web, mobile web and the Yell for Business app. Here’s how:

Web

Log in to your Yell account
Click the Account link at the top of the page
Within the Transactions tab on the account page, you can view and download copies of your invoices

Yell for Business app

Download and log in to the Yell for Business app
Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen
Select Account Management from the list of options
Tap See all on the invoices section of the screen

Card payments

The quickest and easiest way to make an online payment is by credit or debit card through your Yell account on desktop or mobile web. After logging into your account, click the Account link at the top of the page and select the invoices you wish to make a payment for.

BACS

For BACS transfer, internet, or phone banking our bank details are:

Payment for online purchases

All purchases made via shop.yell.com are paid for via credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Monthly recurring charges will be charged to the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase as set out in our terms and conditions.

How do I update my bank account details for Direct Debit payments?

If you are a Yell customer who pays invoices via Direct Debit, you can update your bank details by logging into your Yell account on desktop or mobile web and following these steps:

Visit https://servce.yell.com and log in to your account
After logging in click on the Account link displayed on the navigation at the top of the page
Select Bank details within the Account Information section of the page
From this page you can update you Direct Debit details and once changed, click Save.

I am logged in but unable to see my list of products or invoices

Accepted Answer

If you see the below screen when clicking the Your products, Analytics or Account links on the top navigation then you need to link your business account to your Yell login. You can do this by entering your account number and business postcode.

Question 5

When will my Direct Debit payments be taken?

Accepted Answer

Yell’s services are provided and paid for monthly, we will issue an invoice in your online account 10 days prior to expecting the payment.

If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit your account will be debited automatically.

Please check your online account today to ensure your bank details are captured correctly and notify us if you wish to make any corrections.

How can I check you have received my payment?

You can check whether Yell has received your payment via your Yell account on web or the Yell for Business app:

Login to your Yell online account
Click the Account link at the top of the page
From the Account page you can view a history of transactions with Yell in addition to your account balance and information on when a payment is next due

Download and login to the Yell for Business app
Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen
Select Account Management from the list of options
Select Transactions to see your recent transaction

My organisation is VAT exempt. What do I need to do?

Accepted Answer

In order to qualify for the exemption from VAT your organisation must be a charity registered with the Charity Commission, or an organisation that has recognised charitable status with HM Revenue & Customs.

VAT exemption only applies if you have purchased qualifying advertising services from Yell as defined by Schedule 8 Group 15 paragraph 8 of Value Added Tax Act 1994.

The following services provided by Yell qualify under the Act: Yell.com, Display, Social, PPC and Smart Performance.

Other Yell products such as Websites, Video, Connect, Extended Distribution, Reputation Manager and Search Engine Optimisation do not qualify under the Act.

If you believe you do qualify as being VAT exempt using the above criteria, please contact a member of our Customer Care team who will provide the necessary documents for you to complete.

What is a Direct Debit Guarantee?

This is a guarantee offered by all banks and building societies that accept Direct Debits, designed to protect you in the unlikely event that any error is made in payment. It also covers dealing with changes and cancellations.
