Businesses listed on Yell.com can reply to reviews left on their profile using the Business Response feature. This allows them to respond to customer feedback, address concerns, or thank customers for their comments.
Business responses appear publicly beneath the review on the business listing so other users can see how the business has responded.
If a business replies to your review, you will receive a notification email. Other users may also leave comments on your review.
If you do not wish to receive notifications about comments or Business Responses, you can manage your preferences in the Settings tab of your Yell account.
