All customers will be notified 2 weeks before their website is due to start the upgrade journey when we will ask you to do up to three things – but don’t worry, we’ll explain more when we get in touch:


1. Make any pending edits on your website and publish all these changes:

  • Accessing your website editor


  • Editing & publishing your website



2. Temporarily remove password protections from any website pages. This is so that we can access the content to move it over to the new platform:

 

3. Temporarily make all pages visible on your website menu on Desktop i.e., make all ‘hidden pages’ visible. This is so that we can access the content to move it over to the new platform:

  • Managing page visibility settings



These steps will only be needed if you want to keep/ transfer any pending edits, password-protected pages, and/ or hidden pages.
