I have noticed that a Smart Website through Wix seems much cheaper than through Yell, why is that?

A Smart Website combines Yell’s digital expertise and customer service with one of the world’s leading web development platforms, Wix. While a website through Wix is priced differently, this is because Wix only offer DIY websites that you have to design, build, and manage yourself with no help from digital experts to assist and make changes on your behalf. With Yell, you can request changes to your website which we will do for you, and you can contact our digital specialists for advice, help and support on how to improve your website and increase traffic.

I want a design refresh on my upgraded website, how do I get help with that?

If your website has been upgraded, you can contact us at https://www.yell.com/contactus/#/ to discuss what changes you want to make to your website and we can work with you to get those done, either as part of your current contract with us or with a new contract depending on how extensive the changes are that you are looking to make.

I don’t like the new website platform, can I go back to my old platform?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to go back to the old website platform and we will be retiring this platform once all websites have been upgraded to a Smart Website.
