From 1st August all Yell customer websites, excluding Wix websites, were moved over to a new hosting server to provide greater control over security and outage resolution.
If you have noticed that since this date your website has experience some down time, and your domain is owned by someone other than Yell, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Find out who your domain name is registered with by visiting www.who.is, and type your domain name (website address) into the form to find the details.
Step 2: Contact the company your domain is registered with or log in to your domain account yourself and make the following changes to the A record:
Host/Alias: @ (or blank)
Point to/destination: 18.104.22.168
This will point your domain to our new hosting server and ensure your website is accessible.
