1. Tap Manage reviews on the main app screen

2. Tap Request a new review

3. Select which method you wish to request a review by

Requesting a review by SMS 


As a Yell customer with Reputation Manager or Connect, you can send up to 50 complimentary SMS review requests a month

4. Edit and personalise your message, then tap Send

5. Tap the Requested tab to access tracking functionalities. You can also tap Resend to send a reminder to contacts who have not yet posted a review after 7 days of the first request

Requesting a review by Email

When sending requests by email, an enhanced template is used to help your business look more professional

6. You have up to 1000 characters to edit and personalise your message, then tap Send

7. Tap the Requested tab to access tracking functionalities. You can also tap Resend to send a reminder to contacts who have not yet posted a review after 7 days of the first request
