This article shows how to repoint your third-party domain (website URL) that is hosted with GoDaddy.

STEP ONE

Visit the login page and ask the customer to enter their login details.

 STEP TWO

In the Domains section, select ‘DNS’

STEP THREE

Identify the record for:

Type: A

Name: @

Click on the pencil icon to edit and update the records to match the below:

Type: A

Name: @

Value: 185.230.63.171

Click ‘Save’

STEP FOUR

Identify the record for:

Type: CNAME
 

Name: www

Click on the pencil icon to edit, and update the records to match the below:

Type: CNAME

Name: www

Value: pointing.wixdns.net

If either of the above records do not exist, you can use the ‘Add’ feature to add them. Please ensure they match the below if adding:
