This article shows how to repoint your third-party domain (website URL) that is hosted with Namecheap. 

 

Step One

Visit the login page, hover over ‘Account’ and click ‘Dashboard’ and login.

  

Step Two 

Click ‘Dashboard’ in the top left-hand corner and click ‘Manage’ next to the domain you are using.

Select ‘Advanced DNS’

 

Step Three

Identify the record for:  

Host: @ 

Type: A Record

Click on the value of the A Record and update to 185.230.63.171 and then press the green tick to save.

   

Step Four

Identify the record for:  

Host: www

Type: CNAME

Click on the value of the CNAME and update to gcdn0.wixdns.net and then press the green tick to save.

 

Click ‘Save All Changes’ at the bottom. 

 

If either of the above records do not exist, you can use the ‘Add New Record’ feature to add these. Please ensure they match the below if adding:

A Record                                           @                               185.230.63.171

CNAME                                          www                             gcdn0.wixdns.net
