This article shows how to repoint your third-party domain (website URL) that is hosted with UK2. 

STEP ONE

Visit the login page and click ‘Control Panel Login’ and ask the customer to login to their account.

STEP TWO

Click on ‘Manage DNS’

STEP THREE

Find the ‘A (Host)’ section and click the pencil to edit and update to the below:

Host: @

Points to: 185.230.63.171

Click ‘Save’

STEP FOUR

Find the ‘CNAME (Name)’ section and click the pencil to edit and update to the below:

Name: www

Points to: pointing.wixdns.net

Click ‘Save’

If either of the above records do not exist, use the ‘Add New Record’ feature next to the relevant record and ensure it matches the above.
